ERICH HAHNE

President

Erich has been actively involved in commercial and residential brokerage, construction, and development since founding SouthPointe in 2000. He takes pride in his honesty and loyalty to clients, approaching every transaction with a careful, detail-oriented mindset to help prevent surprises. Erich holds a degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with real estate licenses in North and South Carolina and a North Carolina General Contractor’s License. He is also a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors and the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association.
