Erich has been active in commercial and residential brokerage, construction and development ever since forming SouthPointe in 2000. He prides himself on being honest and loyal with Clients and tirelessly analyzes the details to ensure there are no surprises. He holds an Economics Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, NC and SC Real Estate Licenses and a NC General Contractors License. He is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors and the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association.
